     • Engage ALL generations in civic process

     • Advertise Clerk office function/purpose, as well as elections for improved participation

     • Increase training for staff, poll workers, challengers, & watchers, as well as residents

     • Promote greater transparency, accessibility, & respect

     • Constitution awareness (i.e. protected rights)​

     • Focus on the younger generation as our future
