Tanya R Watkins

I am Tanya Watkins - Christ-follower, wife, and mother of three. Being an active member within my community, I am running for Sandoval County Clerk. I intend to represent all residents with integrity, fairness, and respect. 

 

Initially, having been raised in Hidalgo County, I share a love for this great state and the rich cultures of the interesting people who inhabit it. Although my family and I embarked on many adventures, living in various places across the nation, we are blessed to have returned to this Land of Enchantment I call home. Over the course of life, my passion for knowledge has caused me, more recently, to strive for greater transparency and understanding of our constitutional republic, which is the foundation of this beloved country and the fuel for its growth since inception. 

 

Additionally, my life experiences have improved my proficiency over a broad spectrum of areas. Consequently, my supervisory skills range across that of office oversight and classroom management to Christian ministry and, ultimately, a shared organization of my house and family. With a background in Education, I look forward to the many ways I might increase awareness and implement learning to engage diverse generations in the civic process.

 

Summarily, having become a political advocate, I support constitutionally conservative values, aiming to protect the inalienable rights of all American citizens. Following my Savior's lead, I endeavor to be a servant of the people, first and foremost. I greatly appreciate your support and vote of confidence!
